Getting started

• Create your account at Get Started — choose a plan, pay, then set up your store subdomain.
• Visit your storefront at your-subdomain URL or preview it from the owner dashboard.
• Complete store branding before adding products so customers see a polished shop on day one.

Store & catalog

• Add products from Dashboard → Products. Use variants for size, color, or other options.
• Organize with categories and tags; upload images via the media library.
• Set shipping zones under store settings — flat rate, weight-based, or free shipping by region.
• Pause or close your store from Store settings; open orders must be fulfilled before closing.

Orders & customers

• New orders appear in Dashboard → Orders. Update payment and fulfillment status as you ship.
• Customer records are created automatically at checkout; guests can track orders via Track Order.
• Export order details from the order detail view for your records.

Billing & plans

• Manage your subscription from Dashboard → Billing.
• Upgrade or change plans as your catalog and team grow.
• Cartwell charges a flat subscription — we do not take a cut of your sales.

Account & security

• Reset your password from the login page if you're locked out.
• Invite staff from Dashboard → Staff and assign roles.
• Review audit logs to see administrative actions on your store.
• Request account deletion from Settings or the Account Deletion page.
